Easy knees crawling trousers – no more bruised knees

Choops Ltd have designed a new product for babies and toddlers.  Easy Knees crawling trousers are 100% cotton with built in protective knee pads to protect the knees of babies and toddlers from 6 months to 5 years.

When our son Gabriel started crawling we were desperate to find something to protect his constantly red and bruised knees.  We searched for trousers with padded knee protection but could find nothing suitable.  The closest solution were strap on knee pads which were both cumbersome and uncomfortable.  That is when we had our Eureka moment.

According to research carried out by the American Academy of Paediactrics, 75% of injuries in children between the ages of 9 months and 4 years of age are knee and leg injuries.  Therefore protecting this area is of vital importance.

Today, stripped wood, laminate and tiled flooring are the current trend in homes.  Although aesthetically pleasing, they are extremely tough on babies’ knees.  The demand for crawling trousers will therefore be extremely high as parents try to make the crawling phase more comfortable for their babies (and themselves!).
